The heads of each operating unit gave special reports on the expected completion of the 2023 production and operation objectives, the preliminary budget targets and major impacts and major security measures for 2024 production and operation plan and comprehensive budget targets, as well as the formulation of X-Matrix lean management.
Lin Lin, CFO and Board Secretary of the company, and Chen Zhiming, Vice President, provided individual evaluations and specific requirements for the 2024 comprehensive budget and production and operation plans of each operating unit. Heads of relevant departments at the headquarters also evaluated the reports from various units, and provided modification suggestions.
