The IKEA mall project in Guiyang is located at No. 2, Jinqing Avenue, Guanshanhu District. The total construction area of the mall is 73,883 square meters, with one basement and four floors above ground, featuring furniture exhibition room, furniture area, furniture self-pickup area and a Swedish specialty restaurant with more than 700 seats. The mall offers more than 9,000 furniture and home products and has officially opened for business since October 2019.
As the designer of IKEA Guiyang, China Haisum is deeply involved in the development, construction application and construction drawing design of the project. On the basis of satisfying the commercial layout of IKEA, the allocation of regional resources has been optimized to provide customized services for the Owner. To meet the needs of life, Haisum cooperated with IKEA Guiyang to create 48 home exhibition rooms covering various styles such as Ins style, Nordic style, factory style, simple style, and pastoral style.
