Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed Between China Haisum and Lankuaikei Shanghai

On September 3, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. and Lankuaikei Agriculture Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Li Xin, the Vice President of Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology, Dong Weihua, the Chairman of Lankuaikei Agriculture Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Zhao Guoang, the Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Haisum attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing process. Zhou Yuan, the Vice President of Haisum, the General Manager of Shanghai Business Departments, and Wang Heqiao, the President of Lankuaikei Agriculture Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. drew the signatures on behalf of both parties. The ceremony was presided over by Zheng Wen, the Executive Deputy General Manager of Haisum Shanghai head office.

As agreed, the two parties will give full play to their respective business resource advantages and professional technical experiences to jointly explore and conduct in-depth cooperation in areas such as smart agriculture, digital farm field and future agricultural scene planning with the purpose of resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and coordinated development, establishing a closer new-type of strategic partnership.

During the talks between the two parties, Zhao Guoang expressed that Lankuaikei has been an important partner of Haisum in the field of intelligent agriculture, hoping both parties will take this opportunity to rely on their respective companies’ advantages in resources and professional brand influence so as to leverage complementary characteristics of industry and agriculture to accelerate the nationwide collaboration and build high-quality demonstration smart agricultural projects through strategic cooperation, expanding the influence of both parties in smart agriculture and industrial integration, jointly leading the development of the industry, setting industrial benchmarks and achieving in-depth mutual benefit and win-win results.

The heads of EIM Center of Haisum's headquarters and relevant departments of the Shanghai Business Departments, and the heads of relevant departments of Lankuaikei Agriculture Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. participated in the signing ceremony.
