At the meeting, Tang Mingming gave a detailed report on the progress of the general contracting project of the Abidjan Cocoa Processing Plant in Cote d’Ivoire, in terms of management structure, project planning, risk prevention and control, design work, procurement work, and the problems and difficulties faced by the project.
Chen Zhiming pointed out the existing problems in the advancement of the project from the aspects of cost accounting, design work, procurement work and detailed contract negotiation, and gave instructions. He stressed that the company should do a good job in identifying and classifying risk sources in different stages and disciplines, always give play to the leading role of design in the whole process of EPC, and serve the general contracting well.
