As an important institutional arrangement for implementing the entity responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party and promoting the in-depth development of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,on the afternoon of January 22,Haisum held the debriefing and appraisal meeting on Party building of Party committee secretaries of the directly affiliated enterprises of 2020 at its Shanghai headquarters.The meeting was presided over by Li Yimin,the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Haisum.The company’s debriefing appraisal leading group,the members of the working group,and the Party subsidiaries secretary of the headquarters attended the meeting at the main venue,and representatives of the grassroots employees of each head office attended the meeting via video connection.
At the meeting,the Party secretary of each subsidiary submitted a written report to the Party committee of the company as required.The Party committee secretaries of Haisum Wuhan Company and Haisum Nanning Company made on-site reports respectively,and answered questions from employee representatives, sudsidiaries secretaries and functional departments of the headquarters.The sudsidiaries leaders of Haisum,Xu Datong and Chen Zhiming made comments respectively on the Party building work of the two units and put forward requirements for improvement.
At the end of the meeting,Haisum’s CPC Committee Secretary Company Chairman Zhao Guoang made an overall comment and made a concluding speech.He fully affirmed the effect of the on-the-spot debriefing and appraisal of the Party building,and emphasized five points on how to promote the construction of grass-roots Party organizations under the new situation:firstly,we must work hard on learning and be a practitioner of the’’four consciousnesses’’;secondly, we must work hard on the team and be a responsible builder; thirdly,we must work hard on service and be a promoter of reform and development;fourthly,we must work hard on implementation and be a responsible doer in its true sense;fifthly,we must focus on the grassroots and be a responsible manager of the grassroots unit.
The Secretary Zhao emphasized that as the “monitor”, the Party committee secretary must actively adapt to the new situation in Party building, continuously improve the theoretical literacy and policy level;must strictly strengthen the self-building of the leadership team,take the lead in adhering to democratic centralism and continuously promote the democratic,standardized and scientific decision-making of the company; it is necessary to adhere to the service production and operation without deviation,improve the efficiency of the enterprise,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,and realize the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets throughout the Party organization work, and test the work effectiveness of the Party organization from the perspective of the outcome of the enterprise reform and development;it is necessary to consolidate and deepen the educational achievements on the theme of “not forgetting the original intention and keeping in mind the mission”, focus on the "four modernizations" issue, and make up for the shortcomings of the Party building work.
At the meeting,members of the debriefing and appraisal leading group,working group members and grassroots Party members of the two units evaluated and scored the on-site debriefing.
