On October 26, Chief Accountant Duan Zhaoqing and General Manager Assistant Xiao Jinlong of Sinolight Corporation and their party paid a survey and direction to the Shanghai Headquarters of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. The leadership team led by Party Secretary and Chairman Xu Datong of the joint-stock company received the corporation leaders and their party.
First, Xu Datong reported the development history, main business and typical cases of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and emphasized on the progress of reform development of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., its reflection on the future strategic positioning, and the measures for fulfilling the entity responsibilities of Party management and governing. Bian Junyi, Deputy Secretary of party committee and President, Li Yimin, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and other members of leadership team presented supplementary reports on the assignment of which they were in charge. In addition, both sides discussed and exchanged views on hot issues such as the positioning & development of the Investment Company, industrial finance, international business support, funds management, and technology progress.
Both leaders of the Group, after carefully listening to the reports, fully affirmed the achievements made by China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. in party building and production & operation in recent years. Xiao Jinlong said he would bring the issues brought forward during the exchange to the Group, and organize thematic research so as to facilitate better and faster growth of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. Finally, Duan Zhaoqing delivered a summary speech and raised five requirements on the future development of China Haisum Engineering: First, it was hoped that the management team of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. should set up grand strategic orientation and goal, shoulder the industrial mission, make every effort for expansion, strengthening and optimization, thereby turning into an internationally renowned engineering technology company; second, with the passion for second entrepreneurship, the management team shall think big and do carefully, achieving the strategic goal step by step; third, enhance capital operation, with main business in mind, strive to give play to listed companies platform, seek better and faster growth of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. through merger & reorganization, assets injection, capital market refinancing, etc., intensify the efforts in light industry, and promote the development of Sinolight Corporation. Fourth, keep on with institutional mechanism reform. Make full and thorough use of the “three system reforms” policy, further break the constraints that are not in conformity with market operation of listed company, and take more actions to effectively motivate employees. Fifth, further improve the internal integration of the joint-stock company, and thoroughly eliminate disorderly competition in order to maximize the interests of joint-stock company.
