China Haisum held the 2015 EPC project manager training a few days ago. More than one hundred people including the senior executives, the principles of relevant departments and project managers participated in this training.
The contents of this training consist of methods of assessment on general contract management, the improvement of management system documentations, the experience of oversea general contract of civil engineering, explanations on legal problems of engineering subcontract, work injury treatment procedures and so on. This training aims at improving the overall management level of projects in company by means of sharing exchange, strengthening risk awareness and legal consciousness and elevating the overall capacity of management and control.
