2012-2014 Performance Appraisal for the Management and the Staff of Haisum

SINOLIGHT CORPORATION’s party committee organized and held the 2012~2014 performance appraisal for the management and the staff of Haisum in Shanghai on 28th and 29th April.

 

The appraisal panel is made up of 4 appraisers, including Yan Baocheng, deputy secretary of SINOLIGHT CORPORATION’s party committee as well as secretary of Commission of Discipline Inspection, and Yang Jianjun, director of the group company’s human resource department (organizational department of the group company’s party committee). Members from the management of Haisum reported individually on their work, stating their work achievements and performances during 2012~2014 and making root analyses on the existing problems and issues, and put forward perspectives for future work plans.

At the end of the work report, the appraisal panel organized democratic assessments on the management team as well as its members by the participants present, and talked with them individually for their opinions.
