China Haisum held a general managers’ working conference in recent days. The general manager of Sinolight Group and Chairman of China Haisum Chen Esheng, the executives of China Haisum and general managers of subsidiary companies participated in the conference. Director of financial department of Sinolight Group Yuan Li and Dirctor of law department of Sinolight Group Xiao Dan attended the conference. President of China Haisum Yan Xiaojian presided over the conference.
At first, President Yan reviewed and summed up the work of last year. Then he made all sorts of work arrangement and emphasized every subsidiary company must make sure to finish all kinds of economic indicators and assessment indexes.
Afterwards, general managers of each subsidiary company made speeches one by one. On the base of annual summary, they made report respectively about the main working ideas and detailed measures of this year, and said they would do their best to accomplish the mission in order to creat a cohesive and effective workforce team for company development and reputation improvement. The executives of China Haisum combined their own work to make speech and set the work requirements of this year.
At the end of this conference, Chairman Chen Esheng made an important speech. While Chairman Chen show his positive attitude towards achievements made by Haisum last year, he indicated everyone needed to recognize crisis will occur occasionally so as to face it leisurely and keep developing during the hard period. Chairman Chen also made further requests about transformation, development ability improvement and growth methods. At last, Chairman Chen appreciated the efforts those who participating in the conference did in the past few years.
